One week ago, the world's first Circular Industry Cloud went live at inacsys.com.
This post is a brief account of what happened in week 1 - what we saw, what we learned, and what is coming next.
WHAT WE SAW IN WEEK 1
The founding network members who registered before the platform existed - created the first listings, first bids, and first price reference points on the Circular Industry Cloud. The grades most searched in week 1 reflect the depth of the trade: OCC, DSOCC, HDPE natural, rPET flake, Kraft liner, mixed paper, LDPE film.
Standard access opened on September 5. New registrations have come from across North America, Europe, India, and Southeast Asia - exactly the global reach the Circular Industry Cloud was built for.
WHAT WE LEARNED IN WEEK 1
A real launch means learning in public. Our team has been monitoring the platform continuously and shipping fixes in real time. The grade intelligence layer - Kiwi AI - has performed as built. The listing creation flow, RFQ posting, and AI search are live and running.
The vertical label display in listing cards is being updated this week - your listings will show the specific grade name rather than the category name. A minor UI improvement that makes the platform more useful immediately.
WHAT IS COMING NEXT
We are building continuously. The roadmap for the coming weeks includes:
Listing verification layer - counterparty verification and KYC
Additional grade taxonomy depth - ACOR grades, MLP composites, additional paper subcategories
Logistics and spec sheet integration
Enhanced AI search refinements based on week 1 usage patterns
