Listing recyclable paper or plastics on the world's first Circular Industry Cloud takes under three minutes. Kiwi AI - Inacsys's grade intelligence layer - identifies your material, generates the grade-accurate description using ISRI, EN 643, and RIC standards, and makes your listing visible to buyers globally from the moment it goes live.
This post walks through exactly how it works.
WHAT IS THE CIRCULAR INDUSTRY CLOUD?
The Circular Industry Cloud is the category name for what Inacsys has built - an AI infrastructure layer for global recyclable paper and plastics trade. It is not a directory. It is not a free-text listing board. It is a grade intelligence layer where the vocabulary of the global trade is built into the platform before the first listing is created.
inacsys.com is where you access it. The Starter plan is free.
WHO CAN LIST ON INACSYS?
Any generator, broker, trader, or recycler with recyclable paper or plastics material to offer can create a listing.
STEP 1 - REGISTER AT INACSYS.COM
Create your free account at inacsys.com. The Starter plan includes a free verifiable profile, free listing and RFQ posting, and Kiwi AI basic grade search. Registration takes two minutes.
STEP 2 - GO TO INVENTORY AND CREATE LISTING
From your dashboard, navigate to Inventory - Create Listing. You will see two options: I want to Sell, or I want to Buy (RFQ). Select I want to Sell.
STEP 3 - TYPE YOUR GRADE NAME - KIWI AI DOES THE REST
In the search field, type the grade name as you know it. OCC. DSOCC. HDPE natural. rPET flake. PP regrind. Kiwi AI immediately surfaces matched grades from the Inacsys grade hierarchy.
For OCC, Kiwi returns:
- Baled Waste Paper - OCC 95/5 - Corrugated Board (OCC 95/05) (1.05.01)
- Baled Waste Paper - OCC 90/10 - Ordinary Corrugated Board (OCC 90/10) (1.05.00)
- Baled Waste Paper - Double-Sorted Old Corrugated (DS OCC) - DSOCC #12
Select the grade that matches your material.
STEP 4 - KIWI GENERATES THE FULL GRADE SPECIFICATION
Once you select a grade, Kiwi AI activates in the right panel and generates:
Grade Found: The full taxonomy path - Paper - Corrugated and Kraft Packaging - the exact EN 643 or ISRI classification.
Use Cases: What this grade is typically used for globally. For DS OCC: "Premium OCC substitute for strength improvement in furnish blends. Commands a price premium over standard OCC."
Product Description: The full ISRI-standard description, generated automatically. For DS OCC: "Double-sorted corrugated containers, generated from supermarkets and/or industrial/commercial facilities, specially sorted to be free of boxboard, offshore corrugated, plastic, and wax. ISRI #12. Prohibitive Materials may not exceed 0.5-1%; Outthrows plus prohibitives combined may not exceed 2%."
Key Specifications: The technical specifications buyers globally expect for this grade - Brightness, Cobb, Color, Dimensions, Paper Weight.
Knowledge Base source: Inacsys grade hierarchy database, Kiwi knowledge base.
You did not write any of this. Kiwi generated it from the grade standards the global trade uses.
STEP 5 - CLICK USE THIS GRADE AND CONTINUE TO LISTING DETAILS
Kiwi's Listing Assistant pre-fills the listing form with the Use Case, Short Description, and Full Description as AI suggestions. Click Use this to apply each one, or Edit to customise.
Add your specifics: quantity, origin country, price, condition, format (bales, rolls, loose), and photos if available.
STEP 6 - REVIEW AND PUBLISH
Step 4 of the listing flow is Review and Publish. Your listing goes live immediately and is visible to registered buyers on the Circular Industry Cloud globally.
THE SAME FLOW WORKS FOR RFQ
If you are buying rather than selling, select I want to Buy (RFQ) at the start. The same Kiwi grade intelligence applies - the same taxonomy, the same specification generation, the same grade accuracy. Sellers and Kiwi can match your demand to available supply.
WHY GRADE-ACCURATE LISTINGS MATTER GLOBALLY
A listing that says "OCC, good quality, 1000MT" is not useful to a buyer in Rotterdam, a mill in Chennai, or a reprocessor in Taipei. They need to know the ISRI classification, the EN 643 code, the contamination tolerances, and the format. Without that, every trade starts with five clarifying questions before a purchasing decision can begin.
Kiwi AI builds those answers into your listing before you publish it. That is what it means to list on the world's first Circular Industry Cloud rather than a free-text listing board.
HOW TO SELL GLOBALLY USING THE CIRCULAR INDUSTRY CLOUD
Your grade-accurate listing is visible to all registered buyers on inacsys.com from the moment it goes live. Buyers search by grade name, material type, location, and quantity. Kiwi returns grade-matched results - not keyword-matched free text. A buyer searching DSOCC in Mumbai, Rotterdam, or Toronto sees your listing if your material matches the grade specification they have registered.
The Starter plan is free. Register at inacsys.com and create your first listing today.
